International shipping

Our products and prices convince customers all over the world.

We can offer you the breadth of our product range and great deals because our international production partners deliver orders directly to your postal address. This saves money, and we pass this advantage on to you as a super low final price.

The average delivery time is usually 8 - 25 business days. Due to public holidays or country-specific import regulations, it may be a bit longer in exceptional cases.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped to you from multiple locations. Therefore, the individual shipments may arrive on different days.

Shipping method and delivery times Standard shipping

Germany: 10 to 30 days

Europe: 8 to 40 days

USA: 5 to 12 days

Due to import regulations, public holidays, and unforeseeable events, delivery times may be extended. Such deviations are not the responsibility of Gymaholics. As usual, we indicate delivery times on business or working days.

 

Order confirmation and order tracking

We know how important your order is to you! That's why we offer you the possibility to keep track of it:

After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email within 1 - 3 business days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, also by e-mail. You can track the status of your order at any time using the tracking number. It usually takes 24 - 48 hours for the carrier tracking function to be activated.

Please keep in mind that our emails may have landed in your spam folder and check there as well if our emails do not show up in your regular inbox. 

 

Why is my order delayed?

Are you sure it's already late? Please check the shipping option you have chosen, the order deadlines, and the date by which the goods will be delivered according to our information. You will find the exact information about the delivery times in the order confirmation or invoice, which you received from us by e-mail.

If you have received a shipping confirmation from us, your order is on its way to you. Please note that the delivery time of your shipment must be exceeded so that we can check where exactly your order is. In rare cases, it can happen that a shipment may be stuck in an international logistics hub. As soon as the delivery time of your order is exceeded you can contact us. 

 

My package has not arrived despite tracking information to the contrary?

Your tracking says that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it? First, you should check whether your neighbors or roommates may have received it for you.

If this is not the case, then contact the carrier directly with the shipping information to initiate an investigation/claim. Please understand that Gymaholics cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen shipments.

 

Do I have to sign for my order when I receive it?

We understand that there may be times when you are not home when your order is delivered. Therefore, upon request, the package can be left with the shipping carrier at a secure location at your delivery address or dropped off with your neighbors. These requests must be made by you in advance and with the tracking ID, to your local delivery service.

If it is not possible to accept the shipment, a notification card will be left by the courier service, where you can find all the necessary information about the further process and delivery options. 

 

My tracking shows that my package will be returned to the sender.

In this case it is possible that the shipping company was not able to deliver your order. There may be several reasons for this, which we will have to find out first. An address that cannot be determined or simply the missing name on the front door are reasons that must be avoided in advance. The return costs for such a fault will not be covered by Gymaholics.

As soon as we have received the shipment we will issue you a credit note. As a rule, the entire processing of a return shipment will take between 20-30 days.

 

Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?

Import taxes, customs duties, and corresponding customs fees may be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are determined by the customs office of each destination. The prices of the items do not include any customs and import duties, as they may vary depending on the country.

Please note that the payment of such fees and taxes cannot be assumed by Gymaholics, but are the responsibility of the recipient. If you do not accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier service will return the items to Gymaholics. The costs incurred will then be deducted from the refund amount.
